All of our leases require that repair requests be made in writing. You can send us an email at office@dougbaileyrealestate.com or use any form you like. Please include your name, address and phone number. Don't send a text message as our office phone is a land line. Our office is open six days a week. If the office is not open, click here to find emergency procedures. Most of our leases require tenants to pay a portion of the expense for any repair requested after the first 30 days. This is a co-pay, the same as what you pay when you use your health or auto insurance; it has nothing to do with what caused something to go wrong. We rarely invoke this provision these days but we reserve the right to do so. We also charge for the trip if you ask us to come out and fix something that is not broke. This happens more than you would imagine. We want your home to be in good running condition and we do what we can to keep it that way but we need your help.
