All of our leases require that repair requests be made in writing. You can send us an email at office@dougbaileyrealestate.com or use any form you like. Please include your name, address and phone number. Don't send a text message as our office phone is a land line. Our office is open six days a week. If the office is not open, click here to find emergency procedures. We charge for the trip if you ask us to come out and fix something that is not broke. This happens more than you would imagine. We want your home to be in good running condition and we do what we can to keep it that way but we need your help.
