if you come into our office unless you have an agent who expects a commission.

No appointment necessary. Our hours are 9 a.m. till 5:30 p.m. weekdays and 9 a.m. till noon on Saturday. Before coming in, we ask that you go find the neighborhood and see if the property is what you had in mind. If you don't want to submit an application before going inside, you can do so with an agent. The property is listed with the MLS and any real estate agent with a membership can arrange to take you inside. If you come into our office, please bring your driver's license and documents proving your income -- usually a current pay stub and a W-2 or 1099 from last year. We can arrange for you to apply online via a 3rd party screening service. The fee is in the range of $40-$50. Send us an email and we will set it up.
